At that point, we will do a full assessment and set goals that are individualized and attainable to your needs.

We’ll regularly evaluate your progress and adjust our approach to ensure you’re getting the most out of each session.

If something isn’t working or feels uncomfortable, open communication helps us pivot to a more effective approach.

I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for practical coping strategies, along with Mindfulness techniques for stress management.

When appropriate, we can coordinate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, or other specialists, both holistic and traditional. This holistic coordination of care helps reinforce your progress on multiple fronts.
